TO BE THE MAN

The Rolex wearing, diamond ring wearing, kiss stealing, wheeling and dealing, limousine riding, jet flying son of a gun, Ric Flair will be styling and profiling on his podcast, "To Be The Man."  Along with the Podfather, Conrad Thompson, Flair will take an in-depth look at pivotal moments and memorable matches in his Hall of Fame career.

 

Ric Flair is regarded as the greatest wrestler in history, a 16-time World Champion. In his 40+ years, Flair has conquered NWA, WCW, and WWE and was the first WCW World Champion. Flair was born in Memphis and was an amateur wrestler in high school.  He went to the University of Minnesota on a football scholarship but dropped out to start training with Verne Gagne and started with the AWA in 1972.  The first two-time WWE Hall of Fame inductee was first inducted with the class of 2008 for his individual career and again with the class of 2012 as a member of The Four Horseman.  Flair is also a member of the NWA Hall of Fame and the Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame.
